Winter boots. That’s right it is that time again! We are looking forward to stocking up on winter boots preparing for all weather at all occasions. In todays blog we take a look at Some of the best shoe trends emerging from the Autumn Winter 2013 catwalks and exactly how we will be styling our winter boots this year.
We have to admit this look definitely isn’t for everyone, but if you feel brave enough working the thigh high boot looks great for a day look, especially with your favourite denim piece. At Pucci the boots weren’t just thigh high but sky high!
The chunky heel has also been making a stand out appearance in the winter boot department. At Belstaff, maroon was the colour of choice with a high shine factor and some gorgeous gold detailing. From low rise to knee high, every boot had a chunky heel. All the better for strutting in my dear.
When it comes to the essential winter boots, the obvious is to go for black. At Alexander Wang (Left) there was fur covered black boots- ahhh too cute! However the practicality of these for everyday wear in sunny old Britain is somewhat lacking. Tiba’s Tough-Girl boots (Right) sport one of our fav trends, the cutout boot. Again with a chunky heel, we had big love for these!
Now time for the style off. Do you prefer our Chelsea boots or out cutout boots? Which colour satchel will you pick, classic Sienna or Burnt Orange? Which Jacket suits your own style best. At IKRUSH we have to go for The Chelsea boot team even though we love a biker jacket, you just can’t beat a good parka and with wet look sleeves, your ticking another box with the high shine trend. YAY!
