  BFFs Katy Perry and Rihanna are gorgeous, independent, and amazing performers – but what else? They are massive nail art fans. Rihanna has built up a collection of nails set to ‘wow’, to the point where short and plain nails would look out of place on her and Katy loves her glitter, cartoon and to co-ordinate her nails with whatever event she is attending. Between them they’ve rocked claw-like, glittery, 3D, cartoon, photographic and multi-coloured nails. Their nail technicians must be some of the most creative people in the industry. Not to mention patient! Imagine how long it would take to put Russell Brand’s face on a finger nail, or to place gems on a pinky finger nail in perfect place, all while trying to keep your cool because hello – it’s Katy Perry or Rihanna’s nails you’re doing.
