As the New Year begins, it is important to take the time to sit and reflect on the previous year and think about who and what makes you happy, as this is the most important aspect to life itself. Plan new years resolutions and set goals to work towards in order to make 2018 the best year yet!


Here at IKRUSH, we have put together a list of things we will be focusing on to make this year the year of positivity and success whatever that may be.


Firstly, we understand sometimes life can get a bit too much, your mind can get crowded with thoughts and emotions and sometimes we do not know how to process this properly. This is why we are obsessed with Yoga and Meditation. This is a great way to find inner peace and stay healthy and fit, not only physically but mentally too. It can allow for increased energy to be produced and in turn allow you to live with greater awareness and build stronger relationships.

Next up, we have healthy eating, the two words people always say they will do but often find it hard to say no to a chocolate bar or two. We think healthy eating is such an important thing to persist with. There are so many ways to introduce this in your everyday routine, such as blend a fruit smoothie and take this instead of your morning coffee - add chia seeds or spirulina powder for added goodness. Swap your afternoon tea and biscuits for a cup of green tea and a raw fruit and nut bar. Lastly, for dinner why not try a healthy vegetable stir fry? By making these small changes in your routine you will notice a huge difference in your wellbeing and in turn, make you full of positive energy.

If you really are trying to live your life to the fullest and try new things that may help, we suggest looking into getting some healing crystals. Healing crystals carry energy which work with our body and mind to help create balance, remove negativity, reduce stress and encourage love. You can simply wear them in the means of jewellery, or have them at your desk at home or work.


Lastly just remember to be the best version of yourself, be kind in all that you do and you will see results in your own personal happiness.
