Halloween is the one night of the year you can wear as much hair glitter, hair dye, eyeshadow and lipstick as you wish without anyone commenting. So if you are still thinking about what to go as, here are some tutorials on Halloween hair and make up that may give you some inspiration...

This cut-face, scarred, blood red make up look is a hard one to achieve, but this tutorial teaches you. The music, the model and the finished look make this tutorial a good one! We almost want to ditch the pretty girly costume we had planned to go as something scary, just so we can try this out.

HALLOWEEN: Not sure what hair will work with your costume?

This next hair tutorial shows you how to do your hair if you're not quite sure what your Halloween character has hair like, but you want to do something 'wow'. The girl in this video knows the importance of statement hair on this night. This look will work for a scary costume like a witch or 'dead doll', or for a cartoon villan costume such as a Cruella Devil.   We hope you feel a bit more inspired for Halloween now, we certainly do. Now the question is how much of a challenge do we want and also how much mess do we want to make when putting our make up on?
