Grey and Pastels.

Grey and Pastels.
As we head into autumn, our bright and bold colour palettes are fading into shades of grey. We just love the transition from our summer wardrobes as the weather gets colder- it means we get to wear more layers, which means we get to buy more clothes! BLOG greys One of our favourite colour pallets this season is the grey trend. We are seeing grey complimenting the other colour trends, such as red and blue, but just what items should you pick? Grey can be a tricky colour to style but we have a few items that will fit into your wardrobe with ease! Midi dresses are still going strong this season and grey looks great in strong patterns. Try our Ribbon stripped Meerah midi (left) for a dressier look, teamed with black or gold. For a more casual day outfit, our Staci crinkle dress looks great with a colour pop. Try it with blues or red for an on trend statement day look. Or why not jump on the tartan trend with our super cute skater skirt? Wear it grungy, we know you have it in you! Not sure about the grey trend? Well you’ll be glad to hear that one colour trend will carry on into Autumn, Pastels Coats. What better way to brighten up your wardrobe this season than with a fashion statement coat? We can’t wait to see pastel blazers turn into winter coats on the high street. Over-sized seems to be to the key, with many of the A/W 2013 catwalks showing slouchy or blocked structure winter coats in a huge range of pastel shades. Rochas, Emillio Pucci and Carven (Left to right) all kept it simple with block colours. Gucci and Acne Studios (Left to Right) gave it a darker twist with hints of black and masculine styling. Fingers crossed our perfect pastel coats end up on the high street soon. We can’t wait to try out some new styles!   BLOG pastel- catwalk   By Mhairi O'Neill   @IKRUSH_mhairi
